Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients at every stage of the buying journey, delivering personalised, high-touch service in accordance with Gucci brand standards.
- Advise customers on product features, materials and styling; present and demonstrate collections with impeccable merchandising and storytelling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, relationship-building and effective closing techniques.
- Support omnichannel operations including click-and-collect, returns, and coordination with e-commerce and wholesale teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and accurate record keeping; maintain client databases and follow up on leads.
- Contribute to store upkeep: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, receiving and inventory control to preserve presentation and operational excellence.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, compliance and customer confidentiality while promoting a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing luxury retail; demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver bespoke service.
