Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at all client touchpoints, guiding customers through the entire buying journey with personalised advice and styling recommendations.
- Present and explain product features, materials and brand narratives in accordance with Gucci visual and service standards.
- Drive sales performance to achieve individual and store targets; proactively identify opportunities to increase average transaction value and client conversion.
- Deliver high‑quality clienteling across channels, including building client profiles, follow‑ups and appointment management to foster long‑term relationships.
- Support omni‑channel operations by coordinating with e‑commerce and wholesale teams as required and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising to brand guidelines and ensure accurate handling of stock, pricing and POS transactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable client-facing experience in retail, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
