Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Busan, South Korea — native Korean speaker to represent the brand, deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients by delivering an elevated, consistent luxury experience across every stage of the purchase journey.
  • Advise clients on product features, styling and trends to guide selection and close sales in line with brand standards.
  • Present collections and merchandise according to Gucci visual and merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage after-sales processes including returns, exchanges and customer inquiries to preserve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to attainment of individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain client records and support CRM-driven outreach to grow and retain a high-value clientele.
  • Uphold company values and the boutique’s professional image at all times.

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Korean is required.
  • Eligible to work in the Republic of Korea (applicants with foreign citizenship must hold the appropriate visa/work authorization).
  • Prior client-facing experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge and brand standards quickly.

Experience
