Gucci Client Advisor position at Pacific Fair Store, Broadbeach. Full-time luxury retail role delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team KPIs including sales targets, client outreach, average transaction value, NPS, and conversion rate
- Engage with clients and build long-term relationships using clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training through in-person and virtual modules via the Gucci Retail Training portal
- Support back-of-house operations including cycle counts and stock take processes as required
