Gucci seeks a Client Advisor for its Broadbeach boutique to deliver luxury brand experiences and drive sales through exceptional customer service and brand advocacy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients in accordance with Gucci's selling ceremony and heritage standards
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, brand history, and luxury market trends, engaging customers in fashion-forward conversations
  • Execute strategic cross-selling and upselling across all product categories to maximize transaction value
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting communication to diverse nationalities and personalities
  • Maintain accurate and qualitative customer information within the company CRM system to support customer retention and identify high-potential clients
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product display in alignment with Gucci visual standards and corporate guidelines
  • Monitor store inventory levels, execute product replenishment, and conduct physical inventory counts as required
  • Support team collaboration through open communication and the proposal of effective solutions
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance objectives
  • Maintain Gucci grooming and appearance standards in accordance with company policy

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a client-facing retail or service role, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently drive and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Genuine passion for fashion and luxury products with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs and a fast-paced retail environment
