Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, client-centric experience in-store and remotely, cultivating long-term relationships and brand loyalty through expert clienteling.

- Promote and manage virtual appointments and distance sales to extend the store’s reach and create remote selling opportunities.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information to personalise future engagements and ensure a seamless One-Gucci client experience across transactions, returns and repairs.
- Support daily store operations including stock maintenance, inventory activities, POS transactions and administrative tasks while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to-store visual standards and merchandising to present product assortments in line with corporate guidelines.
- Uphold Gucci grooming and presentation standards at all times and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate constructively with colleagues, sharing insights and proposing solutions to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable customer-facing sales role with a strong track record of results.
- Proven ability to build and sustain lasting client relationships and to consistently meet or exceed individual sales objectives.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct with strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for fashion and luxury with strong commercial awareness and sensitivity to client segmentation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the capacity to adapt style and approach to diverse client profiles.
- Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or high-end retail with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and developing an affluent client portfolio.
Education
Completion of secondary education; tertiary study or professional certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous but not mandatory.
