Gucci Client Advisor opportunity in Brisbane—deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients whilst demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage
  • Execute Gucci selling ceremony and achieve cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships across diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued
  • Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems to retain existing clients and identify high-potential prospects
  • Achieve individual and store-level sales goals whilst contributing to overall business development
  • Collaborate with team members through open and constructive communication, proposing effective solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci visual standards and corporate guidelines
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor, conduct product replenishment, and perform physical inventory management
  • Maintain professional appearance according to Gucci grooming standards and company policies
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and developments within the luxury market, demonstrating genuine passion for the industry

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in high-volume retail or luxury retail environments
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer-centric mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and personalities
