Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using clienteling tools.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules both in-person and virtually.
  • Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

Qualifications

  • Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic with a positive attitude. Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
