Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Gucci brand ambassador, achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and delivering best-in-class service
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships and create welcoming, comfortable experiences both in-store and remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, driving repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in service
- Recruit new clients and develop existing client base through dedicated outreach and relationship cultivation
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
- Collect meaningful client information to understand preferences and customize service accordingly
- Create value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, effective selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and foster client-centric attitudes
- Select products that match client needs and benefits while employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create selling opportunities
- Maintain a "One-Gucci-Client" perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions with excellence
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their needs
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members while remaining collaborative and solution-focused
- Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Attend trainings proactively to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with product offerings to best serve clients
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiastic engagement
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
- Contribute to upholding visual display of all products following Gucci visual standards
- Follow Company grooming standards at all times in accordance with Gucci policies
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies
- Manage general store administration and functionality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with demonstrated track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic retail environment
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in a similar role or customer service setting. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
