Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by effectively utilizing available data and systems to monitor performance and identify sales opportunities
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client spend
- Cultivate an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience in accordance with luxury hospitality standards and established welcome protocols
- Proactively engage prospective and existing clients, establishing rapport and demonstrating client value from initial store entry
- Apply comprehensive styling knowledge to curate product combinations tailored to individual client preferences and requirements
- Develop and nurture both local and international client bases, identifying and cultivating high-value clientele for long-term relationship growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium hospitality environments
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Sound, nuanced knowledge of Gucci product offerings and the broader luxury fashion landscape
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Availability to work flexible scheduling, including weekends and varied hours as required by operational needs
