Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by utilizing data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
  • Employ cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
  • Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
  • Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and developing top clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
  • Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends.
