Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by utilizing available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service in line with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and develop top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
