Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging store data and systems to analyse performance and identify opportunities
  • Maximise revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques tailored to each client
  • Deliver a best-in-class, emotionally engaging client experience following Gucci hospitality and welcome protocols
  • Proactively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients to grow a high-value client base
  • Provide personalised styling advice and mix-and-match product recommendations to meet client needs
  • Identify, recruit and develop top clients through targeted outreach and follow-up
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to support store trading patterns

Qualifications

  • Some experience in luxury fashion retail or hospitality
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of Gucci and broader luxury fashion
  • Ability to perform productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Availability to work varied hours, including weekends
