Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively establish and nurture strong client relationships by delivering best-in-class service and creating elevated, personalized experiences both in-store and remotely
  • Develop and expand client base through client recruitment and retention strategies while maintaining a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all touchpoints
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by identifying client needs and aspirations, utilizing effective selling techniques and cross- and upselling strategies
  • Provide expert product consultation using in-depth knowledge of Gucci collections, storytelling, and styling expertise to guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions
  • Leverage in-store technology and client relationship systems to capture client preferences and customize service delivery
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities to diversify revenue channels
  • Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, loss prevention protocols, and visual merchandising standards consistent with Gucci guidelines
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, POS transaction processing, and general store administration
  • Attend training sessions regularly to develop product knowledge, selling techniques, and awareness of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment through open communication with team members and the proposal of effective solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales targets while building lasting client and colleague relationships
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-moving, dynamic retail environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of proven luxury fashion sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent required; higher education in fashion, business, or related disciplines is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.47 to USD 20 per hour.
