Gucci Client Advisor position at Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive location. Luxury retail sales role offering $18–$20/hour plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients from first point of contact, providing best-in-class service both in-store and remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating genuine generosity and service excellence
- Develop and recruit new clients while cultivating and expanding existing client base
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and personalization
- Create added value by providing clients with useful insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results while maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a warm and elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude
- Select and match products to client needs and benefits, effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients and creating selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, managing exchanges, returns, repairs, and critical transactions
- Guide and inspire clients to make optimal purchasing decisions
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend trainings to develop product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with product expertise to best serve clients
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm
- Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a customer-facing retail environment, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales results and building strong client relationships. Experience in high-end retail or luxury goods sectors is highly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Tertiary education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Beverly Hills, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
