Gucci Client Advisor position at Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive store. Luxury retail sales role with $18-$20/hour base salary, benefits, and commission opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely while making clients feel valued from the first point of contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster strong and lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery
  • Create added value for the client experience by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results while maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experiences with focus on hospitality, elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric attitude
  • Select the right products matched to client needs and benefits, effectively utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, ensuring consistent service on exchanges, returns, repairs, and other critical transactions
  • Guide and inspire clients to make the best possible purchasing decisions aligned with their preferences
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
  • Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions
  • Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor offerings, campaigns, and client segmentation to provide the best solutions
  • Combine styling knowledge with product offerings to best serve the client
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Accurately process all POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information

  • Follow company grooming standards at all times according to Gucci policies
  • Ensure optimal levels of products on the sales floor in line with corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
  • Deep knowledge about and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
