Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador to deliver best-in-class, personalised client experiences both in-store and remotely.
- Proactively engage, recruit and cultivate client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients, select appropriate merchandise, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance-sales channels to expand selling opportunities.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS/CRM systems to personalise ongoing service and communications.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and adhere to company policies for exchanges, returns and repairs to ensure a unified client experience.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain product presentation in line with Gucci visual standards.
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories and loss-prevention procedures.
- Uphold grooming, presentation and service rituals that reflect Gucci standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build enduring client relationships and deliver a client-centric approach.
- Strong commercial awareness, impeccable professionalism, and high ethical standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to diverse client profiles and complex situations.
Experience
At least 2+ years of direct luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting individual sales targets.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Beverly Hills, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
