Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals whilst enhancing business development
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and Gucci heritage in accordance with the Gucci selling ceremony
- Drive individual KPI goals through outstanding customer service and quality sales execution
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data within CRM systems to personalize client development opportunities
- Maintain an active, organized client book and provide consistent follow-up on sales and client requests
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating authentic passion for the category
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive working environment
- Maintain store security standards and ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
- Uphold Gucci visual merchandising standards and contribute to daily store operations
- Maintain neat and organized stockroom and understock areas
- Adhere to Gucci image standards, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar retail or customer service role
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
