Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class, personalised client experiences both in‑store and remotely, cultivating long‑term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Proactively develop and recruit a client base through in‑person and virtual appointments, leveraging client data to tailor product recommendations and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using elevated selling techniques, product storytelling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Utilise in‑store technology and POS systems to ensure accurate transaction processing and comprehensive capture of client information.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock levels and participate in store operations including inventory and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate openly with colleagues, contribute to a positive team environment and propose solutions to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury fashion sales or a closely related customer‑facing role with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrable ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting client relationships.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and discretion; ability to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and the luxury sector.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer‑facing environment with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, retail or sales is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.13 to USD 18 per hour.
