Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support to clientele visiting the Barcelona boutique
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and communicate product knowledge with sophistication
- Represent Gucci's contemporary aesthetic and Italian craftsmanship to an international audience
- Maintain merchandising excellence and retail operations standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while prioritizing client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages preferred
- Sophisticated understanding of contemporary fashion and luxury consumer dynamics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or client advisory roles strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; luxury retail training or fashion background an asset.
