Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Barcelona Paseo to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that reflects Gucci’s luxury standards and enhances client retention.
- Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of clients through clienteling activities, follow-up communications and after-sales service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product storytelling.
- Maintain in-store visual and merchandising standards to brand guidelines and assist with window and floor displays when required.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and support stock management, stock replenishment and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and management on store operations, loss-prevention and daily administrative tasks.
- Participate in product and service training, brand initiatives and local marketing or client events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and refined presentation.
- Demonstrable ability to build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Fluency in Spanish and good command of English is typically expected for client-facing roles in Barcelona (not explicitly specified in source).
