The Gucci Client Advisor delivers exceptional client service, builds brand loyalty and proactively achieves monthly sales objectives. The role also supports visual merchandising, store operations and inventory control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the client base through active engagement, excellent service and regular communication.
- Represent Gucci as a Brand Ambassador, communicating its vision to build brand loyalty.
- Proactively achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Follow up independently and proactively on client enquiries and requests, including after-sales service.
- Deliver exceptional service, offer suggestions and alternatives, and anticipate clients’ future needs.
- Develop product knowledge across best sellers, new arrivals and all product categories.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain displays in line with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Follow all in-store standard operating procedures.
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
- Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Conduct category scans for inventory purposes.
- Assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant disposition.
- Customer-service oriented and driven to achieve sales.
- Inquisitive mindset and ability to engage.
- Independent, with strong decision-making skills.
