Gucci Client Advisor in Bangkok. Luxury retail sales and brand representation role combining customer service, product expertise, and operational responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the client base through active engagement and exceptional service delivery
- Act as Brand Ambassador to instil consumer brand loyalty and communicate the brand vision
- Achieve monthly sales objectives through proactive selling and relationship management
- Follow up on client enquiries and requests, including after-sales support, independently and proactively
- Offer consultative service, product suggestions, alternatives, and anticipate future client needs
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including best sellers, new arrivals, and category information
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain in-store displays aligned with worldwide guidelines
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures and company policies
- Assist with cashiering, daily closing settlement, and point-of-sale operations
- Receive, unpack, and manage stock for assigned product categories
- Conduct inventory scans, assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
- Replenish display merchandise as required and support additional duties assigned by Store Management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail customer service
- Strong product knowledge development capability and attention to detail
- Ability to represent brand standards consistently and professionally
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience in luxury fashion or related sector is preferred; enthusiasm for luxury brands and fashion may compensate for limited prior experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is not required.
