Gucci Client Advisor in Auckland — Luxury sales role at Gucci in Auckland, NZ focused on clienteling, KPI‑driven performance and in‑store visual standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve all commercial sales targets and KPIs including Clienteling KPIs, SPT (Sales Per Transaction), UPT (Units Per Transaction), AUR (Average Unit Retail), cross‑selling and conversion.
  • Proactively generate, maintain and expand a client base through active engagement, follow‑up and personalised outreach.
  • Deliver exceptional personalised client service in line with Gucci Service Standards, including after‑sales support and anticipating client needs.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and the Instore Visual Merchandising Ambassador to implement and maintain Worldwide Visual Guidelines on the shop floor.
  • Complete required store trainings and participate in professional development to remain current on product, best sellers and category information.
  • Provide back‑of‑house support including cashiering, administrative tasks, receiving and unpacking/packing stock, replenishing displays and participating in cycle counts and category scans to protect inventory integrity.
  • Use company devices and platforms (iPhone, iPad, Workplace, Workday, Retail Training Portal, LUCE) efficiently and adhere to all store SOPs, Gucci and Kering policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System and report incidents, hazards or near misses as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or clienteling role, ideally within high‑volume retail or the luxury sector.
  • Customer service‑oriented with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, high‑volume retail environment with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and willingness to adopt company digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
