Candidates should have prior experience in luxury retail and be fluent in English and Greek.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Gucci's product offerings and brand heritage.
- Drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
