Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to enhance customer experience.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to foster open communication and propose effective solutions.
- Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.
