Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, delivering best-in-class, personalized service both in-store and remotely while making every client feel valued and at ease
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities and using effective techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner
- Build and develop the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Leverage in-store technology and CRM systems to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences whilst collecting meaningful information to customize service delivery
- Employ consultative selling techniques and cross-selling strategies to match products to individual client needs and guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain expert product knowledge through proactive training attendance, staying current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and clients' segmentation preferences
- Embody Gucci's design philosophy, values, and lifestyle through storytelling, styling expertise, and honest product advice
- Promote virtual appointments and distance selling by recruiting clients and creating remote selling opportunities
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising according to Gucci standards
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention, and maintain company grooming standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in a similar retail or customer service role
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results whilst building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with demonstrated ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2 or more years of demonstrated luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in a client-facing retail or customer service environment within the high-end sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further fashion, retail management, or luxury business education is advantageous but not required.

The role is situated in Aspen, Colorado, USA — conveniently close to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
