Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from first contact through in-store and remote interactions.
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations.
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships.
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences.
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and preferences.
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends in arts, theater, travel, and related fields.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevation, effective selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Employ natural, warm, and elevated selling techniques with a client-centric attitude.
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively apply cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by proactively recruiting clients.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across exchanges, returns, repairs, and all client transactions.
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their best interests.
- Foster open, constructive communication with team members in a collaborative environment.
- Utilize expert product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, product innovations, and client segmentation.
- Combine styling knowledge with consultative product offerings.
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm.
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results.
- Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity; ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude.
- Strong adaptability and ability to handle different clients and complex situations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a client-facing luxury retail or customer service environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales results, building strong client relationships, and maintaining professional excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional fashion retail training or certification is preferred.

The role is situated in Aspen, Colorado, USA — conveniently close to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
