Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor (Arabic speaker) in Cannes. Fixed‑term contract retail role focused on luxury clientelling and boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with Gucci guidelines: welcome clients, provide tailored advice and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and maintain authoritative knowledge of Gucci’s heritage, product lines and seasonal narratives to support persuasive storytelling.
- Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising meet Gucci and group standards; maintain product presentation to maximise client engagement.
- Manage on‑floor inventory: replenish stock, tag and organise merchandise, and maintain accurate awareness of available items.
- Support the alterations/retouch service: take measurements, coordinate fittings, manage client bookings and oversee receipt of ordered garments.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and cash handling with accuracy; follow CRM procedures to grow and maintain the boutique’s client database.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clear communication and a consistent client experience; contribute to loss‑prevention and security procedures.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs as defined by the department.
Qualifications
- Fluent or native proficiency in Arabic (explicit requirement).
- Proven aptitude for high‑touch clienteling and luxury sales; demonstrable experience meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric, service‑oriented demeanour and polished presentation.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and transactional accuracy; familiarity with CRM processes.
- Ability to perform measurements and manage basic alterations bookings, or willingness to train in retouching procedures.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail with a track record of client acquisition, clienteling and achieving sales KPIs; hands‑on exposure to boutique operations and basic alterations services is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma (or equivalent); vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
