Gucci Client Advisor role in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on a full-time fixed-term contract. Sales, styling, and hospitality expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to assess performance and identify sales opportunities
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue per transaction and customer lifetime value
- Create emotionally engaging and memorable client experiences through hospitality excellence and refined welcome protocols
- Establish strong client relationships through proactive engagement, ensuring clients feel valued and understood from their first interaction
- Apply expert styling knowledge to curate personalized product combinations that best serve individual client preferences and requirements
- Develop and expand both local and international client base through consistent relationship nurturing and top-client recruitment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-touch client-facing environments
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive commercial results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building lasting client relationships
- Natural sense of style with the ability to translate client needs into curated product recommendations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or comparable high-end client advisory role, with demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in fashion, luxury goods, or retail management are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
