Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Utilize styling expertise to mix-and-match products effectively to meet client needs.
- Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
