Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele base through active engagement and exceptional service.
  • Provide personalized client service, adhering to Gucci Service Standards, and anticipate client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and complete all required training.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
  • Utilize company tools and applications efficiently and participate actively on company platforms.
  • Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures and Gucci/Kering policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience
