Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele base through active engagement and exceptional service.
- Provide personalized client service, adhering to Gucci Service Standards, and anticipate client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and complete all required training.
- Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and applications efficiently and participate actively on company platforms.
- Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures and Gucci/Kering policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
