Join Gucci in Melbourne as a Casual Client Advisor. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand, focusing on client service and sales in a dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
- Deliver personalized client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, anticipating client needs and providing tailored suggestions.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed on best sellers and new arrivals.
- Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively and participate in company platforms.
- Adhere to all Gucci and Kering policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
