Role & Responsibilities
- Advises customers throughout the entire purchasing journey with expertise in brand heritage and product characteristics
- Presents collections in alignment with Gucci brand standards and aesthetic principles
- Guides clients through style options, trends, and product specifications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Embodies and communicates company values while serving as the visible representative of the brand
- Contributes to achievement of sales targets whilst prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship building
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Deep understanding of Gucci brand positioning, values, and aesthetic
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- Strong product knowledge with ability to articulate brand heritage and design narratives
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, upscale customer service, or brand representation is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
Education
