Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and guide customers throughout the entire purchasing journey, from initial product inquiry to transaction completion
- Present Gucci's collections with precision, adhering to established brand standards and visual merchandising protocols
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product characteristics, styling options, and seasonal trends to enhance customer decision-making
- Foster meaningful client relationships by understanding individual preferences and purchase histories
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and performance objectives for the retail location
- Represent the brand authentically through professional demeanor, appearance, and adherence to company values
- Assist in store management activities including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience or equivalent customer-facing background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of brand heritage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, luxury goods retail, or customer-facing roles within the fashion or hospitality sectors is preferred.
Education
