Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul—represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their purchasing journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients and serve as the visible face of the maison
- Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey with professionalism and expertise
- Present the collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Provide comprehensive product guidance on styles, characteristics, and current trends
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence
- Support store management and omni-channel operations as needed
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout client interactions
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of Gucci's brand identity
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Ability to navigate multiple sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce)
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to convert client interactions into sales
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience in luxury fashion is preferred; foundational knowledge of the buying journey and client advisory principles is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion or business-related education is advantageous.
