Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service at every stage of the buying journey, advising on styling, product characteristics and current trends.
- Present and merchandise the collection in strict accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, driving repeat business through effective clienteling and follow-up.
- Contribute to individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Support omnichannel operations and store management activities as required to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Act as the visible face of the brand, consistently embodying company values and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience; experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Solid product knowledge and an active interest in fashion trends and brand heritage.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is expected; candidates with background in luxury fashion or premium brands will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, retail or business are an advantage.
