The Associate Store Director partners with the Store Director to lead store activities, deliver business objectives and KPIs, and inspire Team Managers and their teams to provide exceptional luxury service. The role supports day-to-day operations, CRM, loss prevention, human resources and visual merchandising, and represents Gucci as an ambassador, acting as Store Director when needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Director to lead and support store activities, achieving the company strategy, business objectives, KPIs, and goals and guidelines set by business functions.
- Lead and inspire Team Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of exceptional luxury service.
- Act as Store Director when needed and represent Gucci as a brand ambassador.
- Model Gucci’s values, hospitality, passion, and client-centric strategy.
- Support day-to-day store operations, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management, and visual merchandising presentation.
