Gucci Dubai is hiring an Associate Store Director to lead boutique operations, manage retail teams, and drive sales excellence within the luxury fashion sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, maintaining exceptional standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation aligned with Gucci's brand guidelines
- Manage and mentor retail associates, conducting training, performance reviews, and scheduling to ensure optimal team engagement and sales achievement
- Drive revenue targets through strategic sales planning, promotional campaigns, and data-driven inventory management
- Oversee customer experience initiatives, resolving escalations and fostering long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with the Store Director on P&L management, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
- Monitor KPIs including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics, reporting findings to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality management
- Demonstrated excellence in sales leadership and team development within a prestigious brand environment
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, inventory control, and financial management principles
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive retail or hospitality management experience, preferably within luxury fashion, watches, or high-end consumer goods. Direct experience managing store operations, leading teams, and achieving sales targets in a multi-brand or corporate environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
