Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor monthly deliveries and communicate status to Merchandising Managers and visual merchandising teams to ensure execution of planned displays
  • Balance stock-to-sales ratios and coordinate timely replenishment through consolidations and allocation optimization
  • Analyze selling reports to execute stock movements and maintain appropriate inventory levels by store location
  • Execute weekly standard reporting and analyze results to recommend necessary actions to Merchandising Managers
  • Conduct end-of-month analysis, pricing initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Support Merchandising Managers in maximizing sales results through collaboration with visual merchandising and optimization of floor capacity
  • Maintain relationships with retail network by working closely with Store Directors and Client Advisors on merchandising strategies
  • Prepare tools and information for seasonal buying campaigns, input orders, and provide detailed sales analysis by location
  • Conduct in-store visits (minimum 3 days per quarter) to gain business insights and motivate selling teams
  • Communicate new product arrivals and business trends to store teams to elicit feedback
  • Support ad-hoc store requests and facilitate cross-functional partnerships with Brand Engagement, PR, and Wholesale teams

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
  • Previous experience as Merchandising Assistant, Coordinator, and/or Assistant Buyer
  • Understanding of foundational buying and merchandising metrics and key performance indicators
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Business, or related discipline (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel with short notice and work a demanding schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid work authorization to work in the United States
