Radio Classique seeks Web Editor Intern in Paris, France. Create and publish digital content for France's premier classical music radio station.
Role & Responsibilities
- Write engaging and educational articles on classical music, connecting classical repertoire to contemporary culture and covering classical news from original angles
- Adapt and publish interviews from the station's flagship morning programme in web-optimized formats
- Curate and publish anecdotes from the Franck Ferrand podcast series
- Format and integrate articles authored by station contributors onto the website and mobile application
- Select and retouch visual assets using Photoshop and Canva
- Enhance article presentation through compelling headlines, hyperlinks, related content suggestions, video integration, and cross-referencing features
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in journalism, political science, literature, or equivalent field
- Demonstrable editorial experience through internships, freelance contributions, blog work, or student media
- Passion for current events and classical music culture
- Strong written French language skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for web audiences
