Radio Classique seeks a Web Content Editor intern in Paris to create and manage digital editorial content across its classical music platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging musical and educational articles connecting classical music to contemporary culture, including original takes on classical news and opera libretto summaries
- Adapt interviews and segments from the station's flagship morning programme for web distribution
- Publish anecdotes and highlights from the Franck Ferrand podcast series
- Publish web versions of French language-focused editorial content
- Integrate, format, and edit articles submitted by radio collaborators for the website and mobile application
- Select and retouch visual assets using Photoshop and Canva
- Enhance articles with compelling headlines, hyperlinks, related content blocks, video integration, and 'Further Reading' suggestions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, political science, letters, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated editorial and writing experience such as internships, freelance work, student media, or published blog content
- Native or fluent French speaker
- Strong command of web writing conventions and digital content adaptation
- Proficiency in visual editing tools such as Photoshop and Canva
