Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain recurring dashboards and reports to monitor audience KPIs (reach, engagement, retention, conversion) across sites, applications, video and podcast formats.
  • Partner with audience and editorial leads to define, refine and operationalise KPIs aligned with business and subscription objectives.
  • Ensure data quality and coherence by contributing to analytics tracking specifications and validation processes.
  • Conduct editorial performance analyses (theme/angle performance, source contribution, visit recurrence) and co-produce actionable recommendations with brand leads.
  • Lead quantitative audience studies and triangulate findings with qualitative research (interviews, tests, questionnaires) to deepen segment-level understanding.
  • Manage and animate the 'Les Echos & Moi' reader panel: recruitment, study prioritisation, community engagement and analysis of feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience as a web analyst or digital analyst, preferably in the media sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrable experience building clear, executive-ready reports and dashboards.
  • Proven competence in data visualisation and dashboarding for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytics tool knowledge; mastery of an analytics platform is expected and experience with Piano Analytics is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work transversally with editorial and product teams.
  • Rigour, reliability, pedagogical approach and a capacity for concise synthesis.

Experience
