Groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien in Paris seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern (Interns & Apprentices) on an alternance contract starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices across the group's departments: define needs, draft and publish job advertisements, and coordinate sourcing.
- Screen incoming applications, conduct first-round interviews and assess candidate fit against role competencies.
- Shortlist and present candidates to operational tutors, providing structured justification based on skills and alignment with the expressed requirement.
- Maintain and report on recruitment KPIs and candidate pipelines to the Director of Transformation and HR Innovation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and coordinate logistics for interviews and onboarding with hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme where recruitment, HR or competency assessment is covered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with curiosity for career paths and talent identification.
- Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Professional maturity and discretion when handling candidate information.

Open to beginners; suitable for a candidate with little to no professional recruitment experience but with academic exposure to HR/recruitment topics.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor's or Master's level) addressing recruitment, human resources or related subjects.
