Les Échos – Le Parisien seeks a Subscription Product Manager in Paris to lead multi-channel marketing strategies for subscriber acquisition and retention.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel commercial action plans for subscriber acquisition and retention across digital channels (website, mobile app, boutique, email) and offline channels (direct mail, inserts, telemarketing, collector networks)
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of marketing campaigns across all digital channels in collaboration with the digital acquisition team
  • Monitor and optimize subscriber reactivation and retention campaigns across print and digital subscriptions on all channels
  • Propose continuous improvements to optimize key results including volume, value, and customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with product, creative direction, and communications teams to ensure marketing messages align with brand proposition and guidelines
  • Work closely with data and customer innovation teams to leverage customer data, refine audience segments, and develop personalized messaging
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors including marketing agencies, telemarketing providers, data brokers, printers, subscription managers, and digital tools
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and implement test-and-learn approaches to drive optimization
  • Track and report weekly on key activity indicators (subscriber portfolio, acquisition, retention, trends)
  • Monitor marketing campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Deliver regular reporting and analysis to department leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business school diploma
  • 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in operational marketing or customer marketing
  • Experience in digital environments or subscription-based business models (media, services, e-commerce) preferred
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Test-and-learn mindset with strong problem-solving orientation
