Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the director to execute Mystery Shopping studies.
- Draft questionnaires, observation guides, and field briefings, including scoring elements.
- Coordinate the operational setup of projects.
- Conduct briefings for various field service providers.
- Monitor field activities and ensure quality control of visit reports.
- Analyze collected data and develop storytelling reports.
- Format and present results effectively.
- Manage and mentor an intern.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
- Significant initial experience in research, preferably in Mystery Shopping.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in research, ideally within Mystery Shopping.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).

Compensation
