Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the drafting of survey questionnaires, scoring criteria, field observation guides, and client briefing materials
- Support the operational setup and implementation of retail and mystery shopping projects
- Participate in field briefings and training sessions for external research contractors
- Monitor field execution, conduct quality assurance reviews of visit reports, and verify data completeness
- Analyze collected data, identify key insights, and construct narrative-driven reports
- Format and present findings in polished client deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M1 or M2) in market research, business, consumer studies, or related discipline
- Demonstrated organisation, rigour, curiosity, reliability, and strong interpersonal intelligence
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
