Les Échos – Le Parisien seeks a Recruitment Coordinator for a one- or two-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the identification and definition of recruitment requirements across different business units
- Draft and distribute vacancy announcements for intern and apprentice positions
- Screen and review candidate applications according to qualification criteria
- Conduct recruitment interviews alongside HR team members
- Present pre-selected candidates to departmental supervisors with documented competency assessments and justifications for alignment with role requirements
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to recruitment activities
- Support onboarding coordination for successful apprentice placements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme with coursework in recruitment and talent management
- Demonstrated interest in understanding diverse career pathways, personality profiles, and professional disciplines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
