Groupe Les Echos–Le Parisien seeks an Internship Recruitment Coordinator (Paris, Alternance). Manage intern and apprentice hiring across the LVMH media subsidiary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define recruitment needs and specifications for internship and apprenticeship positions across the group's various business units
- Draft, edit, and disseminate job postings for intern and apprentice roles
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary candidate interviews
- Shortlist candidates and present recommendations to mentors and hiring managers with detailed justifications based on competency alignment and role fit
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for recruitment activity
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the selection process
