Groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien seeks a Product Assistant Specialist for a Paris-based marketing apprenticeship role in subscriber acquisition and retention strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist product managers in designing and implementing subscriber acquisition and retention strategies across multiple channels (print and digital) for Le Parisien
- Create and monitor recruitment campaigns through email, display, social media, direct mail, and telemarketing
- Develop creative briefs for external agencies
- Create sales enablement materials and telemarketing support documentation
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to subscriber portfolio, acquisition, and retention
- Design and manage email campaigns for special edition launches, including targeting, execution, and results analysis
- Develop and implement new customer loyalty initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed specialized higher education program in Marketing or International Business (business school or management school)
- Proficiency with office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with business and consumer sensibility
- Comfort with numerical data and performance metrics
- Ability to work autonomously and manage diverse, concurrent projects
